Launching Soon ​

The Stronger Together Grant Program is an initiative by the Stronger Than Stroke Foundation to provide direct support to stroke survivors and their families.

Our goal is to reduce financial barriers during recovery, helping cover the costs survivors face for therapy, rehabilitation, and other essential services as they rebuild their lives.

This program will launch in partnership with select stroke centers, rehabilitation programs, and therapy providers.
 

Referrals will only be accepted through approved partner organizations once the program officially launches.
