The Monty Maxwell Scholarship

The Monty Maxwell Scholarship, established by Stronger Than Stroke, launches with the Class of 2026 in the Natomas Unified School District.
​
Awarded annually, the scholarship supports a graduating senior who demonstrates discipline, commitment, and personal growth through athletics and education.
​
It honors the legacy of Monty Maxwell—a father, leader, and community trailblazer—by supporting students who reflect his dedication to character, purpose, and their future.
Scholarship Timeline ​
Applications Open: March 1, 2026
Application Deadline: March 31, 2026
Applications will be reviewed in April 2026.
Finalists will be announced at the Monty Maxwell Legacy Walk on May 2, 2026.
